The art of controlled movements

We use the six principales of the Pilates Method - concentration, control, centering, flow of movement, precision and breathing. This class will condition your body through routines designed to improve flexibility, build and strengthen muscles and create endurance in the body. The instructor will ensure that you are using correct alignment and breathing techniques so you'll learn to move with ease. This one-hour class is recommended for all levels of fitness as intensity can be adapted for each individual's needs.
