TRI613 Club

Train towards participating in a Duathlon or Triathlon in a motivating group setting!


The TRI613 club was founded by Jackie and Rob, two of Plyomax Fitness Centre’s certified personal trainers. Rob and Jackie enjoy challenging themselves and each other as triathletes. They met in 2016 when Rob attended a spin class that Jackie was teaching and it was here that they discovered their shared passion for triathlon training.

The mission of this group was to build a running community in Riverside South in a positive, friendly and supportive group environment where you can not only enjoy a great workout, but tri a new sport and train towards an upcoming race! Racing is not compulsory, but is a great way to stay motivated.

This unique program places a large emphasis on building and maintaining strength to provide a solid base for your endurance training. The program will inspire you to push yourself to your limits while having fun and meeting like-minded individuals. All levels of abilities are welcome - from beginner to advanced, it is a 'go at your own pace' environment.

Programs include:

  • Coaching by NCCP trained Triathlon Community Coaches
  • Assessment and individualized training program to match your objectives. Monthly check-ins will be done to help keep you on track.
  • Drop-ins to any/all of our triathlon specific group training sessions offered during the session timeframe.
  • A discounted membership rate for the duration of the program (You do not have to be a member at Plyomax to join the TRI613 Triathlon/Duathlon Club.

Monday nights : Coached run workouts & core strength. Build speed & endurance through varied run workouts!

Wednesday nights : Plyometrics & strength circuits. Build and maintain a strong base to stay injury free during your training –and all year long!

Thursday nights : Spin. High intensity, indoor cycling to music.

Saturday mornings: Spin, plyometrics, strength and/or run! We double-up and switch it up from session to session. See a coach for more details.


Pricing

Any 1 Session (3 months): $500 +tax

Any 2 Sessions (6 months): $865 +tax

Full Sessions (9 months): $1,125 + tax

*10% Discount to returning members on Full session program purchases.
