T.A.G. stands for thighs, abs, and glutes, which is exactly what we focus on! We hit these common trouble areas hard - and have a ton of fun while doing it! You will burn upwards of 600-700 calories during this hour session.

This class centres on exercises that use your own body weight and body resistance, while incorporating various Pilates movements. You’ll burn fat, tone and define your core, sculpt your glutes and trim your thighs. If you’re ready to shape and tone your body - this class is for you.
