If you experience any back pain, this class is for you! This class was created to target uneven muscle development and look to correct asymmetry issues that can lead to discomfort and injury. Stretch & Flex is heavily based in classical yoga but also incorporates core strengthening exercises that will help you develop flexibility and improve overall strength, especially in your back. Based in a relaxing environment, this class is perfect for unwinding. You will enjoy all your favourite yoga poses including sun salutations, while holding deep stretches that will help loosen all muscles groups. We highly recommend this class to all of our members!
