Cardio Boxing


Need to relieve some stress? This is the class for you!

We teach the fundamentals of boxing in this class, including correct punching techniques and footwork. This class burns fat, builds strength and increases your cardiovascular endurance. Boxing is a great workout for your upper body while simultaneously improving coordination and balance. The best benefit of this class is the confidence you'll develop and the stress release that comes from striking the bag. As you progress we dial up the intensity so each class will make you work up a sweat!

Please note: you must bring your own boxing gloves for this class.
